Freestyle / Parkour
We have a range of freestyle/parkour classes for both boys and girls, offering foundation to advanced level classes for 7-16 years old.
Our Freestyle sessions focus on a higher level of gymnastics and parkour. But remains suitable for both beginner and advanced. Our experienced coaches adapt the session, differentiating to meet the needs of all abilities.
Freestyle Gymnastics has a big emphasis on advanced skills like backflips and wall flips as well as a greater range of skills on bars, vault and trampoline. We encourage a greater degree of physical conditioning and flexibility training, along with high level preparations to ensure all children achieve their very best.
Our program encourages children to develop strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and confidence while having fun in a safe learning environment. We have a focus on perfecting fundamental skills like rolls, handstand and cartwheels, while also working towards and mastering impressive skills such as back flips, somersaults and corkscrews. With safety in mind, we actively discourage children to participate in parkour outdoors, and stress the importance of learning skills correctly and safely.
We have a range of 1-hour classes available, Wednesday and Saturday at our Honley facilities
