Our adult class is hugely popular with both adrenaline junkies wanting to learn backflips, and the average mother of two who’s looking for a way to keep fit, have fun and meet make new friends.
Suitable for anyone over 16 with a give it a go attitude. Sessions start with a structured warm up, usually consisting of gymnastics specific circuit training, then a coach lead stretch, covering all the major muscles. Skills are taught using workshop style method, where participants can either work with the coach, developing skills like cartwheels and somersaults, or take themselves off to use the gym for their own training goals. All skills are developed from the very beginning, and with such a vast facility and wonderfully skilled staff, no prior experience is needed as coaches can adapt any skill to meet any ability.
