Our adult class is hugely popular with both adrenaline junkies wanting to learn backflips, and the average mother of two who’s looking for a way to keep fit, have fun and meet make new friends.
Suitable for anyone with a give it a go attitude.
Sessions start with a structured warm up, consisting of gymnastics specific circuit training, and a coach lead stretch.
Skills such as handstands, cartwheels, backflips and somersaults are then developed using a workshop style method, where participants can either work with the coach, or take themselves off to use the gym for their own training goals. All skills are developed from the very beginning so no prior experience is needed
